About HYC:

Hot Yoga Coventry is a NEW purpose built studio in the centre of Coventry. We offer Hot Yoga classes for people of all ages and abilities. We encourage everyone to give yoga a try - and that means YOU :)

Anyone and everyone can do yoga. It has nothing to do with your flexibility, your fitness level, your size or your age. Just come along with a positive attitude and an open mind. We look forward to welcoming you on your yoga journey!

IMPORTANT: COVID-19

Here’s a brief guide:

Opening times will be 30 mins prior to class start and end directly after class.

Spaces will be limited. If you are unable to attend class please cancel in advance, at least 1 day before the class.

Please bring your own mat and towel although you can rent both for £1 each. We will sell bottled water and a water dispenser is also available.

Changing Rooms and showering facilities now open.
